Educational Qualifications and experience
Must have an HPCSA degree for the post of Clinical Manager. Must have at least two years of experience as a Clinical Manager and one year of field experience in a human rights organization. Must have work experience in MHPSS. Must have work experience in nutrition programs. Must be good at computer operation. Must have communication skills and must be able to ride a motorcycle.

A Candidate must pass HPCSA. Must have experience working in a reputed healthcare provider, hospital, or clinic. Must have at least 3 years of working experience with 1 year working experience as a supervisor. Candidates should have skills in the healthcare organization, clinic or hospital clinic management, team building or management, monitoring and supervision, and report making. Must be proficient and trained in computer operation, financial management, communication, and marketing.
Salary and other benefits:
Annual Salary R 1,191,510–1,322,391 Yearly. In addition, there are two festival bonuses per year, a provident fund, one month’s salary at the end of the contract, life insurance, and financial benefits equivalent to three basic maternity pay, marriage, and childbirth benefits.
