Eligibility of application
Candidates must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in both SSC and HSC examinations. The candidate must be unmarried. To apply to education, one should have a bachelor’s degree including a bachelor’s degree in physics, chemistry, psychology, and law from a recognized university. Candidates should have a minimum GPA-4.00 in both SSC and HSC examinations and a minimum CGPA-3.00 (on a 4 scales) in both undergraduate and postgraduate examinations. Married or unmarried candidates are acceptable.
To apply in Education (Engineering) one must have a BSc Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering from a Public or Engineering University.
Application process
As soon as the application process is completed, the candidate will be sent a call-up letter for an initial interview, Form Commission 2A,, and Personal Information Form. These forms should be downloaded and printed and brought along with other necessary documents during the initial interview.
Nomination procedure
Candidates who have passed the Primary Health and Preliminary Interview will have a written test on Intelligence, English, General Knowledge,, and Study on June 10 at BN College Western Cape. Candidates who pass the written test will be examined and interviewed by ISSB at the Inter-Army Selection Board, Western Cape. Candidates will have to participate in the final health examination during the ISSB examination. The final nomination will be made later through an interview to be held at the Naval Headquarters.
