Under the Mediclinic Based Health Care (CBHC) Operational Plan implemented by the Mediclinic Health Support Trust under the 4th HPNSP of the Health Services Division of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Applications are being invited from genuine South African citizens subject to the mentioned benefits and conditions. Community healthcare providers working in South African Mediclinic clinics are constantly on strike and grassroots medical services are disrupted because of a lack of medicines. Community healthcare providers have been on strike since January 20 to demand the nationalization of jobs.

There are 116 Mediclinics in 4 Upazilas of Bloemfontein, Free State district. Then, There are 106 CHCPs working on it. There are vacancies for CHCP in 11 clinics in the district.
